It started with the simple decision to call my website company and link my blog and facebook pages to my website...  Hours later, my website can be accessed by all the iPhone and iPad users, my blog and facebook pages are linked, I've redone my galleries and added new images, and created a Google business page.   Check out www.rachelsandman.com and tell me what you think.  On to the next project...  Laundry!

Jr Engineer

I have been wanting to do the engineer portraits on location ever since I first did them in studio.  I am so glad that we managed to do them before it got unbearably hot for long pants!  I am always so much happier with the work that I do outside than I am with my studio portraits.  But that's just me....

Spring in North Carolina

I guess the saying "April showers bring May flowers" is completely correct.  I could not believe the flowers up here this spring.  I'm used to seeing flowers in peoples yards, but there are whole fields of flowers up here!  I took the boys out a couple of weeks ago to take advantage of the nice weather and the flowers.  It's a good thing I went when I did, one of the fields was mown two days later.  Here are some of my favorites... Which one is yours?
